Meet the Planners – Luiza Huddart

Continuing our “𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨” series, we are happy to introduce Luiza Huddart, to our growing team.

Thank you! I’m originally from Poland but have spent most of my life in the UK. My journey with the airline industry started in 2008, when I joined British Airways. I became fascinated with the complexity of the processes happening behind the scenes and I met many great people along the way.
I joined Flight Ops as a Crew Scheduler in 2016. I was then involved in a large project implementing the Jeppesen system for pilot rostering. In 2019 I began my work with a Global events company as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager. During the last four years I built many great connections with people around the world and helped them to make the most of the new system.
In my free time I love to travel, ski and run. I like to try new things, whether sports, food or any activity.

The best business ideas start with solving a problem. Being at the heart of flight ops myself, I could see how things could have been done better and more efficiently. Even small changes translate to large savings. The service VeeOne provides to support and optimize in partnership with customers is invaluable.

VeeOne has entered a very unique niche of the market. Each customer is looking for more efficiency, but without compromising on safety or quality. Many small and medium sized businesses might not have an experienced workforce or be able to afford costly software, which is where VeeOne comes in. Many companies (aviation or railway), have complex processes and limited resources when it comes to crew planning. This is the most unique aspect about VeeOne, being able to take into account various scenarios, allocate experienced people and optimize this part of their operation. The demand for these type of services will increase in the future, as companies are looking for more and more ways to gain efficiencies. I think VeeOne will go on to become a key global player.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙚𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙬?
From day one I realised that this company is full of great people. You can talk to anyone about anything. From really productive and reflective meetings to fun ones. VeeOne cares about the work / life balance, which was important to me as a mum of two young children.
My new colleagues have tremendous experience and knowledge. We are able to share and exchange best practices. I feel privileged to be part of this team.
