I spent 20 years in crewing at Southwest Airlines, joining crew scheduling straight out of university and quickly became addicted to the managed chaos!
I left Southwest at the end of 2020 to pursue personal goals and a year later, I started my own independent consulting business.

I first heard about VeeOne at the virtual AGIFORS Crew Management study group in 2022. I immediately thought it was a fantastic concept. I approached VeeOne last year to see how we could collaborate. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and values.

I have been through many โpendulum swingsโ between growth and tough times during my airline career. One thing is clear: during both upturns and downturns, crew planners need help! I can think of many times in my past where it would have been helpful to get an outside perspective on how to approach planning problems, extra help in running scenarios, or a way to quickly fill gaps when a planner became unavailable.
No company is better equipped to help airlines with their crewing problems than VeeOne! I am grateful for this opportunity to work with wonderful people, solve interesting problems, and elevate the crew planning profession.
