We listen to your needs, and what you hope to improve about your existing pairings production setup and build a set of crew pairings ready for evaluation, benchmarking or use as part of your production.

Our team members have extensive experience drawn from working across a variety of airlines, and benefit from many years’ of using many systems, but especially Jeppesen Crew Pairings (JCP) to create great pairing solutions. The team are geographically dispersed, and able to quickly turn around multiple sets of pairings according to your needs and feedback.
How our process works
We will listen to your needs and the objective that you want to achieve from your pairings. We will then take the time to configure the Jeppesen Crew Pairings system to achieve these outcomes. Once everything is correctly configured – your ruleset, your labour agreements and any operational buffers, we will then run multiple pairings solutions in JCP. Once this process has been completed, we will evaluate the pairings summary data, and ensure they are as good as they can be. If there is room for improvement, we will re-run your solution and repeat this process until we are happy with the output. Then it’s over to you to share your feedback so we can adjust, incorporate, and refine.
We can interface with most systems, and even if we have not performed integrated services with your own particular software architecture, we will work with the correct individuals to ensure that everything works seamlessly.
What system will we use?
We use Jeppesen Crew Pairings (JCP) to power our Pairings production. We believe this is the best-in-class optimizer on the market, and we are delighted to be able to bring this to small, medium and all airlines who were previously unable to access this product, via our scalable rental model.
Timings: how long to go live etc.
From initial conversation to the first pairings solution, we can go live in a relatively short period of time. We need to understand your ruleset, your collective labour agreements, and what you are objectively trying to achieve (efficiency, headcount reduction, operational stability, a balance etc.) and we can then begin producing pairings for you.
