Hi! I am Igor Fedenko and aviation has been with me all my life. My fatherโs career as a navigator started at Siberia Airlines in 1991 and I was always captivated by the sky, planes, and everything about this business. I considered a career as an engineer, but the speciality of mathematical methods in economics drew me in, and now solving optimization tasks became my profession! Iโve had an intense 10 years in S7 Airlines in the Cabin Crew planning team, as Head of the Training Planning group and then Deputy Crew Planning Director. The lessons I learned early in my career helped me not to forget my personal life. I am happy to have a wonderful wife and two lovely daughters. I also enjoy running, board games and of course โฆ travelling.

I am sure that every crew planner from time-to-time dreams about getting additional help in crew planning. Therefore, when I heard about VeeOne at the AGIFORS conference, their business model really resonated with me. So I wrote to VeeOne, and they welcomed me on board and helped me get through the hard process of relocation (the past 12 months has been a tough year for me and my family) and now I’m happy to be part of an experienced, friendly, growing company.

My past experiences in crew management allow me to say with confidence that we often miss out on proactive planning, as there is never enough time to solve the wide range of current problems in crew resources, the constant training of new employees, and the challenge of balancing supply with demand. Airlines all over the world need some help from a superhero to manage all that stuff, and VeeOne is that superhero. I am really confident that VeeOne will continue to grow into a significant player in international aviation in the future, and I hope to be a part of this team for many years to come, continuing my own education and helping others.

From my first days in the company, together with the support and help of colleagues, the wide collective experience of everyone (from different airlines around the world) has given me an excellent opportunity to learn every day and become better. At the same time, VeeOne treats the personal life and interests of employees with care, encouraging and motivating self-development, which in turn makes me happy.
